DAY 1 | Sunday, March 22 – Arrival in Palermo & Welcome Dinner
Your private driver will meet you at Palermo Airport and transfer you to your centrally located hotel.
After some time to rest, meet your tour leader and fellow travelers for a welcome dinner in a selected local restaurant.

DAY 2 | Monday, March 23 – Palermo & Monreale + Noble Dinner
Meet your local guide and tour the vibrant city of Palermo, rich in Arab-Norman architecture, colorful markets, and historic churches. Visit the majestic Monreale Cathedral and its golden mosaics.
In the evening, enjoy an exclusive dinner inside a private noble palace — a unique experience of Sicilian hospitality and heritage.

DAY 3 | Tuesday, March 24 – Sicilian Cooking Experience & Cefalù
In the morning, head to a charming villa near the sea for a hands-on Sicilian cooking class. Learn traditional recipes and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared for lunch.
In the afternoon, explore Cefalù at your own pace, visiting its medieval streets, the Duomo, and the picturesque old port. Return to Palermo in the evening.

DAY 4 | Wednesday, March 25 – Valley of the Temples & Transfer to Siracusa
Check out and head toward Agrigento. Visit the famous Valley of the Temples with a licensed guide and explore one of Sicily’s most iconic archaeological sites.
After the visit, enjoy lunch in a local restaurant.
Continue to Siracusa and check in at your central hotel. Evening at leisure.

DAY 5 | Thursday, March 26 – Siracusa & Noto
Discover Siracusa with your guide, visiting the Archaeological Park and Ortigia Island. In the afternoon, continue to Noto for a walking tour of its beautiful baroque streets and monuments.
Return to Siracusa in the evening.

DAY 6 | Friday, March 27 – Transfer to Taormina via Catania
Check out and travel toward Taormina, with a stop in Catania for a guided tour of its historic center. Continue to Taormina for hotel check-in and evening free.

DAY 7 | Saturday, March 28 – Taormina Walking Tour & Farewell Dinner
Enjoy a morning walking tour of Taormina, including the Greek Theater and panoramic views over the Ionian coast. Afternoon free for shopping or relaxing.
In the evening, join your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner in a local restaurant.

DAY 8 | Sunday, March 29 – Departure from Catania
Private transfer to Catania Airport according to your flight schedule.
